About this role
Intro <div style="text-align:justify;">Join our team as a Contracts Manager and take part in managing a wide range of aviation-related agreements across the business. You’ll prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for aircraft, engines, other high-value assets, ensuring commercial, technical and legal terms are in full compliance with regulations and company strategic needs. </div><div style="text-align:justify;">Working closely with internal stakeholders, including fleet, asset and transition teams, you’ll help structure clear, effective agreements and support smooth contract execution in a dynamic aviation environment.</div> Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Drafting, reviewing, and commenting LOIs, Sales and Purchase Agreements, amendment agreements, service agreements for high-value aviation assets</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Drafting and managing Component Lease Agreements (e.g., Engines, LDG, APU, and other components)</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Handling various asset related Service Agreements, including MRO and repair management arrangements</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Managing inter-group contracts and supporting internal stakeholders with contract-related matters</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ensuring that all contractual activities comply with regulatory, business, and operational requirements.</li></ul> We expect You to have: <ul><li style="text-align:justify;">A legal degree (Law, Aviation Law, or related field)</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Professional experience in the aviation industry (leasing, airlines, MRO, aftermarket, or similar sectors)</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong understanding of commercial and technical aviation contracts</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent English skills, both written and spoken</li><li style="text-align:justify;">High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.</li></ul> We offer: <ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Exciting challenges and opportunity to grow in ever-changing, dynamic aviation industry</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ability to travel to our destinations for minimal cost</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Additional day off during the birthday month</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Additional benefits package: various partners discounts and offers, team buildings, food treats, other fun activities in the office</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;text-align:justify;font-weight:bold;"><strong style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;font-weight:600;">Monthly salary: 5500-6500 EUR gross.</strong></li></ul>
