Your profile Responsibilities<ul style="border:0px solid;color:rgb(31,31,31);font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;"><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Collect input, feedback, and insights from management, Stream Owners, product experts, clients, suppliers, operations, commercial teams, and engineering.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Reflect on past releases, team workflows, and product outcomes to identify areas for improvement.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Organize and prioritize inputs into a clear backlog, focusing on the most impactful work for the Transfers Platform.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Refine and clarify product problems, ensuring clear outcomes are set before moving into delivery.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Work closely with stakeholders to collect and define product requirements across booking management, finance and reporting, suppliers, and connectivity.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to validate solutions that meet clients, operational, technical, and commercial needs.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Refine solutions to ensure they are ready for development, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Maintain a well-organized backlog so the engineering team remains focused on high-priority work.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Unblock developers by providing necessary business input, stakeholder context, and product decisions.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Communicate product progress regularly to stakeholders and management, including priorities, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Manage the successful launch of product features and ensure continued implementation, adoption, and support post-launch.</li></ul> Required Skills & Experience<ul style="border:0px solid;color:rgb(31,31,31);font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;"><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">At least 4 years of experience as a PO/PM or in a similar product role.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager across at least 2–3 different applications.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders, operational experts, commercial teams, clients, suppliers, and engineering teams.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex business and technical topics into clear decisions and actions.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Experience with travel, airline, crew travel, taxi and coach services, automation, AI, data analytics, SQL, finance, reporting, or integrations is a strong plus.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Experience with service-oriented, travel, logistics, operations, marketplace, or workflow-heavy platforms.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands based on client value, revenue impact, margin, scalability, risk, and operational cost-to-serve.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Experience with Agile methodologies, discovery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery support.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset and a focus on delivering measurable value.</li></ul> Why us?
