You’ll be at the centre of our commercial success in the UAE - helping shape how we engage with the market, deliver value to clients, and build a category-defining platform for spatial intelligence and digital property insights.<br><br><strong>Role Overview:<br></strong><br>The Digital Surveyor (DS) role involves capturing highly accurate spatial data of properties using industry-leading hardware and proprietary software. In addition to fieldwork, the role includes processing survey data and producing detailed deliverables across both Stak — including verified measured survey floorplans — and Strat, supporting UAE strata registration submissions and area calculations.. The Digital Surveyor represents the company's brand, engages professionally with clients, and leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality digital assets.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>‒<span> </span>Capture accurate spatial data of properties using Leica laser scanning equipment, including BLK2GO, BLK360, and RTC.<br>‒<span> </span>Work independently on site to carry out detailed surveys, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.<br>‒<span> </span>Process raw survey data into usable digital formats using industry-standard software.<br>‒<span> </span>Produce clear and precise measured survey floorplans for Stak using proprietary software, Adobe Suite, and other tools as required.<br>‒<span> </span>Support Strat site survey with the use of GPS, Total Station and Laser Disto devices.<br>‒<span> </span>Carry out phases 2 and 3 of the project lifecycle in the office — data processing and deliverable production — during non-site days.<br>‒<span> </span>Communicate effectively with clients and project teams, maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times.<br>‒<span> </span>Represent the company brand positively during site visits and client-facing interactions across both Stak and Strat engagements.<br>‒<span> </span>Maintain survey equipment and ensure all tools are used and stored correctly and safely.<br>‒<span> </span>Stay current with technological developments in digital surveying and contribute to improvements in survey workflows across both product lines.<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong> <br><br>‒<span> </span>Proven experience in land or building surveying, with a focus on as-built measured surveys.<br>‒<span> </span>Experience with AutoCAD<br>‒<span> </span>Proficiency in using Leica laser scanners, including BLK2GO, BLK360, and RTC models.<br>‒<span> </span>Experience in processing survey data using software such as Cyclone.<br>‒<span> </span>Experience in producing 2D measured floorplans which align with the RICS code of measurement practice.<br>‒<span> </span>Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and software platforms.<br>‒<span> </span>Confident working independently on site to capture survey data, while also being professional and collaborative in an office setting.<br>‒<span> </span>Open and available to travel for extended periods (potentially weeks at a time) based on project requirements.<br>‒<span> </span>Presentable and professional in all client-facing environments.<br>‒<span> </span>Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and data accuracy.<br>‒<span> </span>Excellent communication skills and ability to work to deadlines.<br>‒<span> </span>Valid driving licence.<br>‒<span> </span>Working hours are 9am–6pm; when not on site, you are expected to be in the central UAE office working on post-survey deliverables.
