Join us as we bring autonomous food production from vision to reality.</p> About the Role <p>In this position, you will work on-site and play a key role in the daily operation of our robotic kitchen systems.<br>You will combine responsibility for hygiene and food safety, basic technical and operational support, and active promotion of a new food concept in front of customers. This role is ideal for students who enjoy hands-on work, customer interaction, and being close to innovative technology.</p> Your Daily Business <ul><li>Ensure cleanliness and food safety in line with HACCP standards</li><li>Support daily system operation and follow defined on-site and remote instructions</li><li>Communicate with internal teams, including structured incident reporting</li><li>Actively approach customers, explain the product and concept, and encourage trial</li><li>Represent Circus professionally on-site and collect customer feedback</li></ul> Base Qualifications <ul><li>Enrolled student</li><li>Fluent German (mandatory) and English</li><li>High sense of responsibility for hygiene, quality, and safety</li><li>Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers</li><li>Reliable, structured, and able to follow technical instructions precisely</li><li>Availability for 15–20 hours per week</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or promotion</li><li>Interest in food tech, robotics, or operational environments</li></ul> Our Offer <ul><li><p>Practical Learning: Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of food, robotics, and operations.</p></li><li><p>Development Opportunities: Learn from cross-functional experts and take part in in-house training.</p></li><li><p>Team Culture: Join a collaborative, hands-on team that values ownership, learning, and making things happen together.</p></li><li><p>Future Opportunities: High-performing students may have the chance to transition into full-time roles after graduation. </p></li></ul>
