Role Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide expert, empathetic financial advice to clients going through divorce or separation.</li><li>Support clients in financial settlements, including asset division, pension sharing, and long-term financial planning.</li><li>Work closely with solicitors and legal professionals to ensure aligned and effective client outcomes.</li><li>Help clients rebuild and restructure their financial futures post-divorce across investments, pensions, tax planning, and estate structuring.</li><li>Build strong, trust-based relationships during emotionally sensitive situations.</li><li>Proactively grow your niche through professional partnerships, referrals, and networking within the legal and HNW space.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Paraplanning, and Admin to deliver a seamless client experience.</li></ul> Role Requirements <ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser / Wealth Adviser.</li><li>Level 4 Diploma (required), Level 6 / Chartered status (preferred).</li><li>Experience advising high-net-worth clients, ideally with exposure to complex or sensitive cases.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence, able to handle delicate situations with professionalism and care.</li><li>A proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and client outcomes.</li><li>Experience in
