Your mission is to embed Aily App into core R&D routines across research, portfolio governance, clinical development, and pipeline strategy, enabling Fortune 500 companies to move faster from signal sans-serif;">Must have</span></h3><ul><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor, Master, PhD, or MBA degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of R&D decision-making in large enterprises, including portfolio governance and clinical development processes</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">5+/7+ years of experience in R&D strategy, pharmaceutical consulting, clinical operations, portfolio management, or innovation leadership roles</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Exposure to R&D analytics, performance management, or digital transformation initiatives</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, gained through close collaboration with product and data science teams</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Extreme ownership
