Your mission <div><div><div><div><div><div><p>We are looking to hire a professional for the Project Management Department. Candidates must have previous experience in drafting R&D&I project proposals for public funding calls.</p><ul><li>Integration into a dedicated working group for each project, sharing responsibilities with a Principal Investigator (responsible for the technical aspects) and an Administrative Project Manager (responsible for administrative matters).</li><li>End-to-end project management throughout the entire project lifecycle.</li><li>Identification and acquisition of clients/partners.</li><li>Commercial activities, including visits to pre-identified clients. Involvement in commercial campaigns promoting R&D&I funding instruments.</li><li>Compliance with AIMPLAS internal procedures related to UNE 166002 certification.</li><li>Presentation of projects to clients and public funding bodies.</li><li>Drafting and/or supervision of project proposals.</li><li>Governance of projects during both proposal and execution phases: ensuring compliance with commitments made to clients and project partners.</li><li>Project closure and supervision of technical and financial reporting.</li><li>Monitoring project expenditures (working within the AIMPLAS ERP system).</li><li>Identification of exploitable R&D&I results and their transfer to companies.</li><li>Management of privately funded industrial projects.</li></ul><p>The successful candidate will report to the Project Management Directorate and to the managers of national and international projects.
