Deine Position You will own the development and scaling of our next-generation service offerings — transforming one-time energy installations into long-term customer relationships and sustainable revenue streams. You’ll design service products that connect hardware, software, and energy solutions into a seamless customer experience, driving profitability and retention across our global markets.<br><br>This role sits at the intersection of <strong>Product, Operations, and Commercial</strong>, with the mission to build scalable, profitable, and innovative services that extend the lifetime value of every customer in our ecosystem.<br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Define Product Vision and Strategy:</strong> Shape the roadmap for our global <strong>service and recurring-revenue portfolio</strong>, including warranty, maintenance, monitoring, and digital service products. Align business models with customer value and operational efficiency.</li><li><strong>Drive Product Lifecycle:</strong> Lead the end-to-end product process — from market research and concept validation to rollout, optimization, and scaling across regions.</li><li><strong>Enable Recurring Revenue Models:</strong> Develop offerings and pricing structures that create sustainable, predictable revenue. Ensure operational executability, profitability, and a strong customer experience.</li><li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with <strong>Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams</strong> to translate insights and operational feedback into scalable product solutions.</li><li><strong>Customer and Market Focus:</strong> Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to continuously refine and expand our service offerings.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, margin performance, and service quality.
