Job summary ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. Main duties of the job This role offers the flexibility of a casual, part-time position where you can provide care for the residents of Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of the residents. The job requires creating a safe, supportive environment for those with various physical and mental health needs, utilizing sound clinical judgement to make vital decisions. Your duties include developing personalized care plans and ensuring the safe administration of medicine. As an RGN, you are provided autonomy and the opportunity to be valued for your contributions. Potential candidates are required to have an NMC registration and updated clinical practice knowledge. The role also requires experience in creating care plans and risk assessments along with an understanding of specific regulatory frameworks. Qualifications Essential

Current NMC registration, knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience with care plans and risk assessments, understanding of regulatory frameworks
