Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

The role requires management experience, RMN status, and natural leadership skills. Candidates must have experience in balancing budgets, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation. It's essential to have the capability to address complex care needs and the ability to participate in an on-call rota, including occasional weekend, bank holiday, and out-of-hours work.
