Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As Clinical Deputy Manager of Leonard Lodge care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration; teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification; experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments; some HR experience; strong knowledge of sales and marketing; understanding budget management; track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
