Main duties of the job The Senior Care Assistant role is perfect for someone who is either already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant ready to advance their career. In this role, you'll be expected to collaborate closely with care assistants to provide top-notch care to residents. Your duties include overseeing care plans, proposing social activity ideas, and guiding and training new colleagues in a manner consistent with Akari's core values.
