We are looking for a full-time position (9 month Maternity Cover) 37.5 hours per week with the working pattern below:
Monday 7:30am to 4pmTuesday 8am to 4:30pmWednesday 7:30am to 4:30pmThursday 8am to 1pmFriday 7:30am to 4pm
Main duties of the job
Creating, communicating and publishing the clinical rota (for all clinician types) according to specification provided.
Creating templates for on our clinical system that helps to reduce variation between surgery sites.
Closely monitor ongoing availability / forward planning of availability of rooms for our clinicians across the practice.
Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets to populates dashboard and/other system(s)
Managing unplanned and planned absence of the clinical team.
Acknowledge, signpost and/or handle basic queries as deemed appropriate.
