Job summary
Brook Hill Pharmacy and Great Notley Surgery has an opportunity for a counterassistant to join our busy pharmacy teamworking at the heart of our patient care service. This is a part time role for 10.75 hours per week:
Wednesday 7.45am -2pm and Saturday mornings 7.45 to 12.15pm
Main duties of the job
Greeting customers and patients coming into the pharmacy. Taking in and handing out prescriptions. Maintaining the shop floor. Selling over the counter products and cashing up.You will need to be flexible to cover for holidays and staff holidays.

We are a 2-site, friendly training practice with over 21,000 patients. You will be supported by our team of 14 doctors, 2 nurse practitioners, nurses, healthcare assistants, receptionist, and admin team.

Experience Essential
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Possess experience of working in a busy, public environment. Be flexible, with a positive attitude. Demonstrate good team working and communication skills. Demonstrate an excellent standard of patient care.
