Logistical Administration Support Worker
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Logistical Administration Support Worker to join our team, providing essential administrative and practical support across Inpatient Services at Airedale Centre for Mental Health and Lynfield Mount Hospital.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a key part in ensuring wards and clinical teams have the resources and support they need to deliver safe, effective care. Responsibilities will include coordinating stock orders and deliveries, maintaining accurate equipment and asset records, carrying out routine checks, supporting medical device processes, and helping to ensure services operate smoothly and efficiently across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident using Microsoft Office applications, possess effective communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively with a range of colleagues. Flexibility, reliability, and a practical approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job
Manage and maintain all stock ordering including placing orders and tracking the deliveries Stock checking deliveries and ensuring stock is appropriately stored with regular stock rotation managemen Manage and complete daily and weekly fire checks across the wards/unit Ensure ward teams have in date physical health equipment and order replacements as required Managing all medical devices in use by nursing staff utilising Word Spreadsheets for management and audit purposes. Working with partner agencies to maintain regular maintenance of all medical devices and manage the onsite calibration of all devices Supporting teams with transporting and collecting of equipment from various BDCFT sites. Using e-technologies to improve ways of working within the team. Participating in the maintenance of effective office systems, identifying improvements to improve individual, team and service performance. Other duties as directed by Line Manager. This position is not eligible for sponsorship set by the Home Office and the skilled worker visa occupation list.
