There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy. Main duties of the job We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. This role requires a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and have the creative flair to showcase high-level hospitality. The duties include straight shifts and no evening work, providing a balance of work and life quality. You will be part of a fully supported induction, which covers the technical skills required in healthcare and offers an opportunity to mentor our teams as part of the Chef academy. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience as a sous chef or in a similar role, ability to create nutritious meals using fresh ingredients, leadership skills, and a creative flair for high-level hospitality. Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
