Main duties of the job Are you an experienced Maintenance Person who would like to use your skill set in a rewarding work environment with our welcoming and specialised support team at Cheriton care home? Responsibilities include maintaining the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements, assessing and undertaking repairs including painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you'll liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor. Safety is paramount, ensuring that the care home is safe for all residents and that work is completed and recorded in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
