Main duties of the job In the role of Care Assistant at Crandon Springs care home, you will support residents in their daily lives, ensuring they receive quality care and companionship. This involves helping with daily tasks, providing one-on-one time, and following care plans, allowing for a nurturing environment where residents can enjoy each day. This position is exclusively for night shifts from 8 pm to 8 am, four nights a week, including alternating weekends. Candidates should have experience in elderly care, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and possess strong communication skills. The role requires empathy and compassion to ensure high standard care for residents.
