We have an exciting opportunity for 16 18 years olds to build a strong foundation in HR and develop the skills needed for a successful career in People Management. No experience is necessary just enthusiasm, a willingness and drive to learn, and a genuine interest in developing a career within HR and People practices.

Main duties of the job
The People Team Apprentice is offered on a 2 year full time, fixed term basis. Working 37.5 hours per week, this will include your apprenticeship study time.
As the People Team Apprentice, youll work towards your CIPD Level 3 qualification while gaining valuable, real-world experience. Youll play an active role in supporting across all the people team functions including HR, LED and Volunteering.

What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting day-to-day operations across the People Team Providing administrative support to HR, Learning, Education & Development, and Volunteering functions Developing a broad understanding of People practices through hands-on experience within an experience people team.
