Main duties of the job
Manage patient concerns, complaints and compliments in accordance with NHS regulations and practice policy.Provide timely, empathetic and professional responses to patients.Resolve concerns at the earliest opportunity wherever possible.Identify themes and trends from patient feedback and recommend improvements.Ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly and learning is shared across the organisation.

We are an Emis-Web, Docman, Accurx, paper light practice. We are a friendly, open and transparent practice whose goal is to provide the highest standards of health care to our patients through a team approach. We are an innovative practice with high achievements in the local and national targets.
Our current team has a full complement of allied health care professionals including, 7 GP partners, salaried GP's, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Nurse Associate, Health Care Assistants, Paramedics, SPLW's, First Contact Practitioners, Pharmacists, Business Manager, Practice Manager and a complement of highly skilled support staff.

To work with the Practice Team to ensure all feedback and enquiries are investigated and responded to within the national and local set timescales. To support the Partners and the Management Team within the Practice to enable timely and high-quality investigations and responses on behalf of Millcroft Medical Centre. To provide day to day advice and guidance to all staff involved in complaints and investigations.

Qualifications Essential
*Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Desirable
*Educated to degree level in healthcare or business *Leadership and / or Management Qualification
Experience Essential
*Experience of working with the general public *Experience of working in a health care setting *Experience of successfully developing and implementing projects

*Conflict resolution *Experience of chairing meetings, producing agendas and minutes
