You'll also set strategies to achieve goals. Required qualifications include being a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR experience, and a strong knowledge of sales and marketing are also needed. You'll be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.
