Respect for the dignity and preferences of our residents is paramount, and you'll help foster a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Ideal candidates are warm-hearted, compassionate, and dedicated to providing individualized care and support for each resident. Career development opportunities are available, and many Senior Care Assistants advance to Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
