Job Opportunity
We're looking for someone who is confident in using computers, as the postholder will use multiple web-based systems for recording client interactions and generating prescriptions, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets. The successful applicant would also have the experience or confidence to work on a public facing front desk where they would interact with our clients on a daily basis. These interactions can be challenging at times, but also incredibly rewarding, as you will have the opportunity to see how our clients progress through their recovery journey first hand.
This is a permanent contract and will work 37.5 hours per week, including occasional Saturday working.

Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a business support or office function. You will have excellent IT skills, including the ability to collate data and use and manage databases. You will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that you are able to manage competing/conflicting demands on your own initiative and are comfortable managing your own workload. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach.
