Job summary
We are at an exciting period of out practices journey, and are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the team.
Hours of work will be up to 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Part time options available.
Interviews will be held 20/07/2026.
Main duties of the job
To be shortlisted, you will have a flexible/adaptable approach to work in order to meet the various deadlines required. Provide administration within our main hub offices across different teams, from Booking Appointments, sending SMS texts to Patients, printing and posting letters, some outgoing calls and support for our covid vaccine roll out programme and any future programmes at other sites.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls will be needed.
Driving or the ability to travel between sites is essentional.
Also- Scanning, Medical Reports and Prescriptions, including QOF.

Be able to provide precise quality data entry to various software systems and assist the recall team in contacting patients to support their care needs. Provide administration support when required in other areas of the Computerised data management department.
You must work well under pressure, with varying demands of work throughout the day. You must be able to communicate effectively; working closely with all Managers and departmental functions, with a strong team ethos and can-do attitude and bring a positive and significant contribution to the team.

IT skills are essential.
