Qualifications Essential
Undergraduate Degree in Nursing Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice, with Digital Badge/RCN Credentials (or willingness to work towards) Postgraduate Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice Mentor/teaching qualification Clinical supervision training and experience Current NMC Registration (inc. Independent Non-Medical Prescriber)
Desirable
Community nursing specialist qualification Urgent Care Long Term Conditions
Experience Essential
Relevant clinical experience post-registration Recent secondary care, primary care or community experience Management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries Clinical triage Compiling procedures and clinical guidelines Leadership in quality initiatives, such as clinical benchmarking Leading a team Audit and research
