Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and committed Registered Manager to take the lead at our CQC-registered Widmore Road Learning Disability respite service. Ensuring AccountabilityManaging safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints, while working closely with the Locality Manager to drive continuous improvement and ensure ongoing compliance across the service.What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience of working within a respite service, ideally within the Learning Disability sector. Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service. Qualifications Essential
