Reset Practice Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for highly effective and organised individual, capable of coordinating a team and supporting with the smooth running of a new bold initiative designed to dramatically change the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England today for the better.
Reset is an innovative and creative programme designed to break the cycle that leads vulnerable children to be deprived of their liberty because of the harm they face. It provides an intensive package of therapeutic, practical and behavioural support through an integrated model. As part of the programme, young people will have access to a short stay Reset Residential Retreat, a multi-disciplinary team who can help assess and address their needs, and most importantly a Reset Partner who will work to engage with them and their family and network, and coordinate their tailored support plan.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced coordinator to form part of the small team piloting this unique approach in Barking & Dagenham, supported by the national team developing this approach - www.resetuk.org.uk This is a unique opportunity to support a bold, pioneering programme that is reshaping practice.
Interviews for this role will take place the week commencing 27th July 2026.

Main duties of the job
You will be providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Reset Practice and will be confident with general office management tasks inclusive of health and safety and the maintaining of accurate team whereabouts and absence recording. You will be confident in developing and maintaining internal team processes and systems, both manual and IT, handling correspondence and coordinating meetings. You will have experience of training and event management and will be confident in collecting data as part of monitoring and evaluation processes. You will have experience with supporting teams with financial management and will be a key support with quality assuring.

A key range of skills, knowledge and experience gained in administrative and office management services at operational and strategic levels. An ability to work creatively and flexibly with an aptitude for building positive relationships An ability to manage a variety of demanding tasks simultaneously and successfully achieving deadlines through effective management skills. Proficient writing and data analysis skills with an ability to produce summaries and reports A strong understanding of IT software packages and knowledge of other key digital drivesRelevant backgrounds
