Its your opportunity to shape services, influence outcomes, and deliver care in a way that truly changes lives.</p><p>You will receive a Band 6 AfC salary with NHS pension and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.</p><p>As an <strong>Outreach Nurse Specialist</strong>, youll deliver high-quality sexual health and contraception services directly into communities, focusing on people who may not otherwise access care.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Provide expert, dual-trained sexual health and contraception care</li><li>Lead and deliver outreach to marginalised and underserved groups</li><li>Identify unmet needs and design targeted interventions</li><li>Work closely with partners including mental health services, homelessness teams, and voluntary organisations </li><li>Ensure smooth pathways between outreach and clinic services for complex cases</li></ul><p>Youll also play a key role in:</p><ul><li>Service development and transformation<
