An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to provide efficient office admin support to integrated safeguarding services (Royal Cornwall Hospital Trusts and Cornwall Partnership Foundation Trust).
Main duties of the job
Duties will include managing tasks coming into the adult and children safeguarding inboxes, with supervision form your line manager and to support the interface between Integrated Safeguarding Services, Cornwall Council Safeguarding Team and other partner agencies.
Good working knowledge of healthcare systems would be beneficial and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and other multi agency professionals in a confidential and sensitive manner is essential. The post holder will be expected to work well in a team but also on their own and be responsible for managing their own workload
This role will include being party to some sensitive and distressing information, the post holder should be aware of this when applying, although full support will be given at all times.
