ABOUT THE ROLEAs General Manager, youll be the driving force behind a vibrant, personcentred care environment. Youll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home all while meeting regulatory standards and achieving key business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Championing highquality, personcentred care based on best practice
Driving recruitment, retention, and development to build a strong, engaged team
Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and external professionals
Managing staffing levels to ensure safe, effective care at all times
Providing inspiring leadership that empowers your team to be their best
Overseeing budgets, stock, and resources to ensure efficient, costeffective operations

Have at least four years experience in a similar care environment
Hold a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)

Be adaptable, flexible, and ready to step in where needed

Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate will have at least four years experience in a similar care environment and hold a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Strong leadership and management skills, clear and confident communication abilities, IT competency, and adaptability are also required.
