Main duties of the job We are seeking a passionate chef who has the heart, creativity, and passion for making people smile through their culinary skills. This challenging role at The Chestnuts will enable you to learn new skills and deliver exceptional food while catering to specific dietary requirements. The position offers a salary of £15.50 per hour, no evening shifts, and the benefit of having every other weekend off. You will receive outstanding career development opportunities including fully funded training up to QCF level 5. Applicants should have experience in a professional kitchen, an understanding of kitchen operations, and knowledge or experience in supporting complex dietary requirements. This part-time position requires working 16 hours per week over two days, with the need to cover alternate weekends and any absences.

Using your culinary skills and food knowledge, youll help create daily menus, support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.

Qualifications Essential
