Main duties of the job Join Agincare as a Senior Care Assistant, where your experience and compassion can make a genuine difference daily. Your role will involve leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, and administering medication precisely and safely. Additionally, you'll contribute to reviewing care plans, lead activities and outings, and guide team members. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months and hold or pursue a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
