Main duties of the job The role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to residents in a care home setting, assisting with medication administration, supporting residents with daily activities and routines, and building meaningful relationships to provide companionship. A care assistant helps enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement while promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being. Integral to the role is working as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. The position offers career development with fully funded training, alternating weekend work, and opportunities to earn through a Refer-a-Friend scheme.

Qualifications Essential
No experience needed full training provided. Compassionate, patient, and great with people. Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK is required. Ability to work alternate weekends.
