Qualifications Essential
No prior experience is needed for the role as full training and support are provided. Candidates should have a genuine interest in supporting children with learning disabilities. Patience, resilience, and emotional intelligence are essential qualities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins is required, as well as being physically and mentally fit. A positive attitude and teamwork mindset are important. While not essential, holding a driving license is desirable. Candidates should hold or be committed to completing NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare.
