Main duties of the job As a Bank Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will provide care to residents at our care home in Carmarthen. This casual, part-time role offers the flexibility to work as needed to cover staff absences. Your primary responsibility is to meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You'll use your professional judgement to make clinical decisions and develop care plans tailored to each resident. Your responsibilities include administering medications safely and delivering high-quality care. You'll need a current NMC registration, knowledge of current clinical practices, and experience in creating care plans and risk assessments.

Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, experience in producing care plans, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
