Main duties of the job You will be based within the Integrated Administration Hub at Phoenix House, Priory Health Park, Wells. The role involves working 7.5 hours per day on a rostered basis between 8:00am and 10:00pm, including some weekends, bank holidays and out-of-hours cover. You will provide administrative support to the District Nursing, Community Rehabilitation Service and Older Persons Service within the Mendip Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. Working as part of the Integrated Administration Service, you will deliver a comprehensive administration and reception service to support the effective day-to-day running of these teams. Main duties will include filing, answering and managing telephone calls, responding to emails, maintaining systems and databases, creating and updating documents, arranging appointments, and responding to enquiries from managers, staff and service users. You will be expected to work flexibly, uphold the Trust's values, support the coordination of administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the team as a whole.

Qualifications Essential
RSA3 Word processing typing or equivalent Good standard of education with English and maths to GCSE standard or equivalent NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent NVQ 2 in administration customer care
Desirable
Audio typing skills, experience of databases and computer literacy RSA Stage II / III word processing/typing or equivalent NVQ 2 / 3 business and administration or working towards within agreed time scale
Experience Essential
Knowledge of information technology packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proven teamwork experience
Desirable
Experience of using electronic systems such as Rio Integra and Eroster Experience of setting up and maintaining office systems Appropriate and significant amount of administrative experience
