About this role

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Quality & Compliance team.

This would be working 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 18 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key Priorities are:

Co-ordination and preparation of agendas.

Minute clinical governance meetings.

Accurate record keeping.Provide annual leave cover to the Quality and Patient Safety Officer.

Job description Job responsibilities

Planning and organisation of key meetings. Produce timely minutes of meetings, ensuring actions are logged and monitored, and relevant Sentinel modules are updated. Maintain relevant reporting data as determined by service requirements.Manage applications for medical records. Support Quality and Compliance team with reporting. Support Quality and Patient Safety Officer with clinical audit and policy work. Support Quality and Compliance team with maintaining and populating Sentinel modules. Support staff with Sentinel queriesWhat are we looking for

Experience Essential

Experience of working in an administrative post

Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting
