Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Akari Care, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch care to our residents while working closely with care assistants. Your responsibilities will involve observing and reviewing residents' care needs, finalising care plans, and coordinating social activities. You will also support the training and supervision of junior staff and new colleagues, ensuring they adhere to the values of Akari Care. Relevant care qualifications or experience in senior care roles are desirable, but a genuine caring nature and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
