Role: Evaluate patients, Develop plans, Provide therapy Requirements: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology; licensure in state of practice; CCC-SLP preferred; CPR certified or willing to obtain; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; strong communication and organizational skills; home health experience preferred.
