Reporting to the Team Lead, the Retention Associate is an integral part of the service cycle, ensuring that "behind-the-scenes" operations translate into a seamless experience for our clients. Our Retention team is the frontline for keeping our client accounts in good standing. You’ll work closely with our customers and external financing partners to resolve billing hurdles and ensure every account stays on track.
