Position Overview & Purpose

We are looking for a talented and competitive Market Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You have an appetite for learning. This Market Sales Representative opportunity gives you the ability to make an immediate impact while enjoying what you do and who you work with. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Complete outbound calls to engage potential customers, generate leads, and drive sales Receive, and convert to order, inbound calls generated through marketing efforts Listen and understand customer needs and requirements Present our solutions to the customer if it fits their needs Answer customer questions about our service, pricing, etc. Close sales opportunities and achieve sales targets Stay informed about competing products and services

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets Strong listening and communication skills on the phone and/or web chat Skilled in persuasion and influencing skills Effective objection handling skills Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Effective customer service skills that build trust Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Appetite for learning Attention to detail and strong follow through

Basic Qualifications & Competencies

2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience Familiarity with consulting selling and sales skills in general Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

3-5 years telesales or telecom sales experience Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
