Position OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting both accounting and human resources functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial administration along with hands-on HR support experience. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementMaintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable recordsPrepare monthly financial reports and reconciliationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and expense trackingProcess invoices, payments, and expense reports Payroll AdministrationAssist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulationsTrack employee hours, benefits, and deductionsSupport year-end reporting and required filings Human Resources SupportAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentationMaintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable labor lawsSupport performance management and employee engagement initiativesCoordinate training, benefits administration, and policy updates Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to financial and HR regulationsPrepare reports for leadership and external auditorsMaintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred Experience5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources administration SkillsStrong understanding of accounting principles and HR practicesExperience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor preferred)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
