Quality/EMR Coordinator at DCI Donor Services (DCIDS). Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Role: Utilize hospital contacts and EMR access to request and retrieve donor medical records for review by tissue recovery partners, Facilitate requests for data and medical record documentation from hospitals, medical examiners, coroner's facilities, and other external entities, Receive, compile, and integrate appropriate documents within donor records as necessary for sharing of donor information Requirements: Experience in QA or medical records; at least 2 years in healthcare; strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office; COVID-19 vaccination required.
