About the Role The Head of Product & Tech Operations is a high-impact leadership position designed to own and evolve the unified operating system of our Product and Technology organizations. Reporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), you will be the primary architect of how we work, ensuring our teams are faster, clearer, and more effective at scale. This role merges Product and Tech operations into a single, coherent organization. Your mission is to eliminate organizational noise and duplication, allowing our functional leaders to focus on long-term strategy and innovation while you ensure the engine of the company runs with world-class precision.
