Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam, gas, medical gases, water, fire/suppression, generators; experience with Emergency Management, Life Safety, Environment of Care, TJC/NFPA/AHCA/OSHA standards; staff supervision, scheduling, payroll, policy development, and preventative maintenance.
