HVAC Utility Operator ($7,500 Sign-on-Bonus) Multiple Positions Available at Mwaa. Location: Dulles or Arlington. Role: maintaining equipment, troubleshooting equipment, answering calls Requirements: Four years operating/maintaining industrial central plant heating and cooling systems (2 years on auxiliary equipment). Must be able to operate BAS, troubleshoot boilers/chillers, perform preventive maintenance, lift up to 75 lbs, and maintain required certifications and permits.
