Responsible for scrap handling in the Cutting Calandering Area;Monitors, reports and prepare the budget for scrap;Defines actions for short /mid/ long term regarding the scrap handling for the shifts. Deployment of the objectives to the team and aim for their accomplishment;Defines procedures and assures that standards are applied;Coaches and develops the team in terms of knowledge, abilities and behaviors required;Develops the team in accordance with the strategic direction of the Cutting Calandering area;Initiates, coordinates and takes part as team member in projects;Initiates and coordinates SPS activities;Ensure that cleaning plan and the layout is respected;Provides timely and consistent feedback.
