Job Summary:
The BHR will partner with the R&D functions to achieve the functional goals and HR goal with the leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business HR
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business. Assist in creating and implementing HR Strategies to meet organizational and business needs.Coach, consult, and influence the business leaders, regarding leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop and retain talent that meets current and future business needs. This includes identifying and cultivating new capabilities required for future success. Lead talent development and succession planning efforts.Ensure the effective delivery of all HR programs and service, and be responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness, and associated financial results.Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners from all Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to ensure HR elements are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; include relationship management, leadership, HR roles & responsibilities, and service delivery commitments.Provides consultation on organization design and effectiveness / structure issues to ensure optimal performance.Drive people manager development to create clarity and consistency of expectations, accountability, and enrich manager/employee experiences. Partner with people leaders to shape a culture of high employee engagement, high performance, diversity and inclusion.Prioritize critical projects based on business needs and available resourcesOrganization Excellence

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalentStrong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills with English.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Competencies:
