About this role
Purpose
Manages different improvement projects, document changes, equipment (fixtures), materials, initiatives, and short- and medium-term projects, providing support to electromechanical devices. Works closely with local and corporate stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage business-driven projects: geographic introductions, line extensions, product transfers between sites, global/high complexity component/material changes (e.g., packaging & labeling).
• Develop and control project schedules and budgets.
• Interact with project teams and functional areas locally/globally to ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate resource allocation across functions.
• Lead execution and documentation of design control phases.
• Execute tasks like equipment/process validation, drawing/procedure changes, SAP setups, DCCs, FA – FSFA.
• Work with suppliers nationally and internationally for required project materials, products/services.
• Implement, monitor, and communicate project performance indicators.
• Define operational mechanisms for effective team communication.
• Ensure correction/closure of open deviations; troubleshoot manufacturing issues caused by project errors.
• Ensure corporate/legal EHS requirements are met through compliance with internal policies/procedures.
• Manage and supervise team activities, provide guidance/support, and measure progress against objectives.
Education:
Engineer in Electromechanics, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.High proficiency in English (oral and written), B2+ level.Desirable: Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management.Quality/Regulatory Systems:
Experience with regulated quality management systems (GMP, QSR, FDA, ISO, CAPA, Design Control).Experience:
At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical industry.Desirable: At least 2 years executing projects.Skills:
