As a Personal Injury Paralegal you will support attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution This role focuses on case investigation medical records management document preparation and client communication You will play a key role in ensuring cases progress efficiently while working closely with attorneys clients insurance carriers and medical providers Curious what a day in this role looks like Read on Key Responsibilities Conduct legal and factual research related to personal injury matters including liability damages and negligence Draft review and file legal documents including pleadings motions discovery responses and settlement demands Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files ensuring accuracy compliance and accessibility Communicate with clients insurance adjusters medical providers court personnel and opposing counsel to obtain information and coordinate case activities Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions mediation
